At Aura Crystals, we want you to feel the positive energy of your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn jewelry.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the crystals in their original velvet pouch and protective gift box to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned pieces, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
