We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless defective.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Every Aura Crystals piece comes with a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental breakage or natural wear and tear.
